New on the menu

You can already look forward to new additions to our menu. One of them will be duck specialties from Jan Beran’s farm in Pracejovice. Starting in May, our kitchen will be filled with the aroma of slow-roasted duck breasts with walnut stuffing and a green salad, confit duck in its own juices served as a cold appetizer or small plate, and duck legs with sauerkraut and dumplings as a special daily offering.
