New this season are [buffet dinners](/restaurace) at our guesthouse. You can choose from soups, appetizers, three main courses, and desserts. Among the most popular appetizers regularly available here are beef tartare made from our organic beef served with toast, carp fries, meatballs in batter (also made from our organic beef), pikeperch or carp in aspic, and plenty of fresh vegetable salads.
