Jakub Krčín Historical Festival 2022

The traditional large-scale historical festival dedicated to Jakub Krčín will take place on Friday and Saturday, July 22 and 23, 2022, in Třeboň. A rich program awaits you, kicking off with a concert by the Třeboň band Second Service Band. The program will feature dozens of fencing duels by historical fencing groups, Renaissance dances, historical music, period encampments, and medieval archery. In the streets, you’ll encounter jugglers, a clown, and a magician, as well as the famous alchemists Master Kelly and Master John Dee. Children will enjoy games in the city park, contests, puppet fairy tales, and more. The festivities will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display on the embankment of Svět Pond.
