Our Kitchen

We are delighted to offer our guests dishes made with our own organic beef from the Dvorce organic farm, free-range chicken and duck from our farm in Pracejovice, and fresh fish from our ponds or the Třeboň fisheries.

We serve dinner to hotel guests and visitors in the form of a buffet, which changes daily. Our guests simply love our buffets. We always offer a choice of 2 soups, 5 appetizers, 4 main courses, and 3 desserts. All dishes are made from fresh ingredients, and a large portion comes from our farm—broths and rich creams, fresh salads, tartare made from our organic beef, marinated beets and carrots from the garden, and fish salad. We also make our own burgers, beef in carrots, schnitzel, Bolognese pasta, potato pancakes, and skewers. We’ve won over the kids’ tummies with blueberry dumplings, a chocolate fountain, plenty of fruit, and buns with vanilla cream.

At our buffet, you’ll always find countless vegetarian dishes; we offer 1 meatless soup, 3 appetizers, and 1 main course. For a sweet finish, try our famous desserts.
